Wilbert Vancol and Dhillon Ramkhelawan obtained final summary judgment in Orange County for one of the nations major hospital systems on June 9, 2026. The case involved an incident where Plaintiff tripped and fell on one of the expansion joints in a parking garage at the hospital system’s Orlando campus. We argued our client did not have actual or constructive notice of any issues with the expansion joint at issue and that it did not constitute a dangerous condition. The judge agreed with our arguments and dismissed Plaintiff’s case with prejudice.
