Biography

Mary Jaye Hall has concentrated her career in the area of civil litigation. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1989. While at the University of Kentucky, Mary Jaye was engaged in athletics as a member of the Swimming & Diving team. She received her Juris Doctorate degree in 1992 from Stetson University College of Law. Mary Jaye was admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court in 1992, and was also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mary Jaye, prior to coming to McEwan, Martinez, Dukes, Hall & Vancol, PA, practiced health law defense and general plaintiff practice for ten years.

Mary Jaye has been engaged as lead counsel in several complex litigation cases in this jurisdiction.

Mary Jaye Hall became a Shareholder of McEwan, Martinez, Dukes, Hall & Vancol, PA on December 31, 2014.

Mary Jaye Hall has been admitted to the American College of Trial Lawyers. The recent induction ceremony in which Mary Jaye became a Fellow took place in Chicago, Il before an audience of more than 700 at the 2021 annual meeting of the College. The College was founded in 1950 and is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. Fellowship is extended by invitation only and only after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.
