On June 4, 2025, Zack Trapp and Mary Jaye Hall obtained final summary judgment for Publix Supermarkets in Osceola County. The lawsuit involved an alleged slip and fall in which the plaintiff claimed he slipped on water located on a restroom floor. We argued the available evidence, including store video footage, photos and depositions, disproved the plaintiff’s allegations and version of events, and instead showed that Publix maintained its restroom in a reasonable safe and clean manner. The judge agreed with our arguments and dismissed the case against Publix with prejudice.
