On August 13, 2024, Wilbert Vancol served as lead trial counsel for Orange County Supervisor of Elections candidate, Dan Helm. Mr. Helm sought a declaratory judgment related to another candidate’s failure to comply the mandatory statutory requirements of Chapter 99, Florida Statutes. After the bench trial, the Court entered a Final Judgment granting Mr. Helm his requested relief.
