Mary Jaye Hall and Dhillon Ramkhelawan obtained a final order of dismissal for a Boca Raton orthopedic surgeon
Mary Jaye Hall and Dhillon Ramkhelawan obtained a final order of dismissal for a Boca Raton orthopedic surgeon on March 7, 2025. The claims against our client were that he inappropriately cut the Plaintiff’s flexor tendon during a right ulnar nerve transposition procedure. The Plaintiff, who is a sheriff’s officer, also made claims of lost income and earning capacity. The case was defended with strong orthopedic surgery expert support. Plaintiff ended up filing a voluntary dismissal with prejudice permanently dropping our client from the case. Plaintiff dropped our client after we took the depositions of his subsequent treating orthopedic surgeon who confirmed there was no evidence our client deviated from the standard of care or caused any harm to Plaintiff; and the depositions of the Plaintiff’s supervisors at the sheriff’s office who confirmed Plaintiff was already on medical leave for other issues prior to ever treating with our client.
