In August 2024, Tom Dukes and Zack Trapp obtained a dismissal with prejudice for a psychiatrist in Seminole County, FL after lengthy litigation. The allegations surrounded the care of complex mental disorders for a long-term elderly patient concerning treatment spanning many years. We were able to convince Plaintiff to dismiss our client from the case after deposing Plaintiff’s retained expert who ultimately had no standard of care criticisms against our client.
