Dhillon Ramkhelawan and Tom Dukes got a defense verdict for an Ormond Beach urologist in a claim of bladder perforation during cancer resection surgery. The jury determined that although the bladder perforation existed after the procedure done by our client, our client did not cause the bladder perforation. The case was tried in Daytona Beach, Florida.
