On November 21, 2025, Dhillon Ramkhelawan and Ralph Martinez obtained a final dismissal with prejudice in Broward County for a Hollywood chiropractor. The lawsuit involved allegations that our client fractured the Plaintiff’s ribs during an adjustment. We argued that Plaintiff did not comply with the mandatory presuit investigatory process of serving our client with a Notice of Intent or an affidavit from a properly qualified expert and that the case was being brought outside the statute of limitations for medical malpractice cases. The judge agreed with our arguments and dismissed the case against our client with prejudice.
