Mary Jaye Hall obtained final summary judgment on behalf of her Hospital client

On December 2019, Mary Jaye Hall obtained final summary judgment on behalf of her Hospital client. This was a premises liability action in which the plaintiff alleged the Hospital failed to clean a transitory substance from the floor, which caused the plaintiff to fall and injure herself. May Jaye Hall argued the Hospital lacked actual and constructive knowledge regarding the substance. The trial court agreed and held the hospital was entitled to a judgment in its favor as a matter of law.
