Danielle Boring and Ralph Martinez obtained summary judgment for a national medical transportation company on August 11, 2023

The Plaintiff claimed she was dropped by EMS personnel, which allegedly caused permanent, disabling neck and back injury. There was no evidence to support the Plaintiff’s allegations. Therefore, the Court appropriately granted the transport company’s motion for summary judgment.
