Biography
Christopher received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University, graduating cum laude. There he was also the editor of the Opinion section of The Beacon, as well as the creator and host of FIU’s first political radio show, Public Reason.
After serving in the US Army Reserves, including a deployment to Afghanistan, Christopher received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Desiring to continue public service, Christopher served as an Assistant State Attorney for Broward County’s Office of the State Attorney. From there, Christopher gained experience and perspective practicing first party property, employment, and personal injury in multiple states, including Florida, Georgia, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, Tennessee, North Carolina, and New York.
Christopher, who is of Cuban descent, was born and raised in Miami, Florida and is fluent in Spanish. He enjoys traveling, cooking, board & card games, and spending time with family.
