The Appellate Court affirmed, per curiam, a defense verdict that Ms. Hall and Mr. Dukes obtained in a 10-day trial in April 2018. The case involved a birth related brachial plexus injury. Ms. Hall and Mr. Dukes represented the delivering obstetrician. The jury found no negligence and the Appellate Court upheld the decision.
