Ruth C. Osborne

Ms. Osborne is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (B.A. 1994, magna cum laude) and the University of Florida College of Law (J.D. 1998, with honors). She has been with the firm since her law school graduation.

During law school, Ms. Osborne clerked for a large insurance defense firm, which drew her to complex civil litigation. She was a teaching assistant in the Legal Writing Department and was a member of the Moot Court Team. She was chosen to argue before the Florida Supreme Court and competed at a national civil rights competition where she was a member of the Runner-up Best Team.

Ms. Osborne was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998 and to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 1999. Ms. Osborne limits her practice to the defense of medical negligence claims.
