G. Franklin Bishop

Frank Bishop concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation. He is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S. in Criminology, cum laude, 1985), and Stetson University College of Law (J.D. 1992).

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bishop served in the U.S. Navy and worked as an insurance company claims representative, adjusting general liability claims. During law school he was selected as an Honor Court Justice. Since law school, Mr. Bishop has concentrated his practice of law in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury and products liability defense, including medical device and pharmaceutical companies.

Mr. Bishop was admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1992.
