Adam G. Clark
Adam G. Clark received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a Minor in Political Science from Transylvania University in 2010, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Dayton in 2014, where he earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution for the Litigator. Adam is licensed to practice in Florida and Kentucky, with an interdisciplinary focus in medical malpractice defense and civil litigation.
Since 2013, Adam has focused his practice primarily on medical malpractice cases throughout the Southeastern United States, with a keen interest in neurolaw and traumatic brain injury cases. While in law school, Adam clerked for then-President of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, Charles G. Monnett, III, in Charlotte, North Carolina. He moved to the Orlando area in 2015, and joined the law firm of Adams, Hall, Schieffelin & Smith, P.A. as an Associate attorney. There, he represented hospitals, physicians, physicians’ groups, and nurses in cases of medical malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury.
In 2018, Adam joined McEwan, Martinez, Dukes & Hall, P.A. as an Associate to continue building on the firm’s long history of commitment and success for its clients and the community. He is a member of the Central Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council.
Adam was born in San Diego, California in 1986 and grew up in Kentucky. When not working, Adam is a sportsman and enjoys spending time with his family. He was a record-breaking collegiate baseball player at Transylvania University and continues to enjoy the game as a fan. Adam is married to his wife, Rachael. They have one child, Benjamin.
